Measuring tapes, Steel rules, Try Square, Sprit Level, Hammers, Dot Punch, Divider, Makers etc.

For the new candidates with Mathematical knowledge – pipe / steel fitting training method:

• The candidates will be trained first about the safety rules & regulations to be followed in workplace, cold works, hot works.
•  Then they will be taught about the ANSI standard of using fitting tools, various materials usage, pipe and plate sizes.
•  Then they will be taught on the usage of pipelines in various processes.
•  Then practically they will be given class on marking, hand movement of the cutting torch followed by the cutting practice of the plate and then the cutting of the pipe.
•  Then will be the fabrication of the pipe as per isometric drawing. Finally ending up with the fabrication of the necessary fittings.
•  After repeated tests on marking, cutting, grinding, fittings and fabrication as per the isometric drawing will be given.

For the candidates with Gas Cutting knowledge only:

• First the candidates will be tested on their cutting knowledge. If failed the training methodology will be given as per the new candidates with mathematical knowledge training method.
• On successfully tested they will be upgraded with the methods of fabrication as per the isometric drawing and necessary of fittings.
